| 摘 要： | 资源型城市转型问题已经成为社会、经济发展中的一个令人关注的问题.特别是被誉为"中国近代工业的摇篮"的唐山,在发展过程中所面临产业结构单一,替代产业发育不良;采矿引起的生态破坏加剧;工业废物的处置和循环利用不足;资金投入不足,关注程度比较低等问题,迫切需要进行产业转型.本文将从系统的角度分析唐山市在转型过程中存在的问题,提出了唐山市产业转型的总体构想,并对产业转型的相关措施进行了探讨.
