| 摘 要： | 无水港是新兴的物流基础设施,能加快内陆地区对外开放的步伐。选取晋江无水港为研究对象,运用SWOT定性分析方法对影响无水港战略选择的重要因素进行识别和筛选,通过SWOT定量分析各要素,建立发展战略决策四边形。在此基础上,讨论晋江无水港应采取的发展战略。研究结果为我国目前无水港企业所面临的重要战略决策问题,提供了一种客观有效的研究思路和解决方案。

| Abstract: | Dry port is a modem logistics infrastructure, and it is helpful for inland area to speed up the pace of opening to the outside world. This paper sets the Jinjiang dry port as object of study, investigates the status of Jinjiang dry port, uses the SWOT analysis to identify and select the key factors which have great influence on the development of dry port, and obtains the strategic strength coefficient through the construction of the strategic quadrangle. On basis, this paper discusses the development strategy which is suitable for Jinjiang dry port. The application of SWOT quantitative analysis provides a new thought and solution for making development strategy for Dry port. |
