| Abstract: | It is true that most problematic cases can date back to the criminal investigation phase ; however, the procurator should not evade responsibilities based on its surveillance status. In view of this, the problems upon responsibilities of the procurator are necessary and meaningful target of learned as well as empirical exploration in China, especially for the sake of prevention of wrongfully convicted cases ahead of court. |
