平衡计分卡应用于企业战略人力资源管理的困境及对策研究

摘    要:平衡计分卡在我国企业人力资源管理中的应用程度不高,在实施过程中遇到诸多阻碍因素,将平衡计分卡应用于企业战略人力资源管理是一个系统工程。分析平衡计分卡应用于我国企业人力资源管理的优势,对战略人力资源管理中应用平衡计分卡的困境进行剖析,提出在企业战略人力资源管理中应用平衡计分卡的相关政策建议。

Abstract:The application of balanced scorecard in enterprise human resources management in China is low, and has encountered a lot of obstacles in practice. Therefore, the application of balanced scorecard in enterprise strategic human resources management is a systematic project, which is unlikely to come true overnight. The paper analyzes the advantages of the application of balanced scorecard in enterprise human resources management in China, explores the application dilemma and puts forward relative countermeasures about how to promote the application of balanced scorecard in enterprise human resources management.
