| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国现行民族区域自治立法体制及其存在的问题--民族自治地方自治立法权限的范围不统一、民族自治地方立法主体的设置不科学、特殊民族立法程序不合理等,在进行充分论证的基础上提出了改进的路径.
