| 摘 要： | 科尔沁非物质文化遗产是草原文明瑰宝中的奇葩和重要组成部分。它具有鲜明的民族和地域特色，但随着世界经济一体化和西部大开发进程的加快，科尔沁地区传统文化受到了极大冲击，许多民俗文化资源在流失，大批有历史、文化和科学价值的科尔沁非物质文化遗产遭到不同程度的破坏，甚至由于传承人的逝去而濒于消亡。在内蒙古自治区建设文化大区的时代背号下，通过法律对科尔沁非物质文化资源的挖掘、整理、研究进行切实保护，以维护中华民族文化的多样性，尤显必要及任重道远。
