| 摘 要： | 法律的出台，重要的在于执行。水法涉及的人更多面更广，其执行力度和程度受到其推广程度的影响和制约。所以，水法的社会化，是水法向社会普及并严格执行的重要途径。通过水法社会化，将涉及国计民生的水法普及传播，促进公民的自觉法律意识与行为，为社会发展、国家强盛提供更好的环境和资源保障。

| Abstract: | The important thing of introducing a law is to enforce it. Water law involves more people and covers a wide range of factors, and the enforcement is affected and restricted by its popularization. Therefore, the socialization of water law is an important way for it to be popularized and enforced strictly. Through the socialization of water law, it will promote the citizen''s legal consciousness and behavior, and provide a better environment and resource guarantee for the social development and national prosperity. |
