摘    要:研究生师生关系是影响研究生培养质量的重要因素,针对现有导师指导作用不足、师生关系情感缺失、师生关系从属化和师生关系雇佣化等师生关系问题,利用团队理论并依据相应原则组建研究生师生团队,通过建构良好的团队氛围,发挥团队成员之间协作伙伴关系的作用,促进师生关系的和谐、提升研究生的培养质量、实现师生共赢。

Constructions of relationship between postgraduates and tutors under the view of team theory

Abstract:Teacher-student relationship of graduate students is an important factoraffecting the quality of postgraduate education. Aiming at the existing shortage of tutors guide, teacher-student relationship''s emotional loss, teacher-student relationship''s subordination and teacher-student relationship''s employment, based on the team theory and corresponding principles to construction teacher-student team of graduate students. Through the construction of a good team atmosphere, playing cooperative partnership between team members, the paper aims to promote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, improve the quality of postgraduate education, and achievewin-win relationshis of teachers and students.
