团队理论视域下导师与研究生关系的建构

研究生师生关系是影响研究生培养质量的重要因素，针对现有导师指导作用不足、师生关系情感缺失、师生关系从属化和师生关系雇佣化等师生关系问题，利用团队理论并依据相应原则组建研究生师生团队，通过建构良好的团队氛围，发挥团队成员之间协作伙伴关系的作用，促进师生关系的和谐、提升研究生的培养质量、实现师生共赢。

Constructions of relationship between postgraduates and tutors under the view of team theory

Teacher-student relationship of graduate students is an important factoraffecting the quality of postgraduate education.
