| 摘 要： | "公民在法律面前一律平等"是我国宪法赋予公民的基本权利,但应然的平等保护与实然的非对等对待的矛盾使农民工的平等权受到不同程度的侵害.从宪政制度上给予反思并努力去完善制度建设是实现农民工平等权的切实途径.

| Abstract: | That every citizen is equal in law is the basic right that the constitution of our country endows to every citizen.But the contradiction between the should-be equality protection and the unequal treatment in reality somewhat infringes the peasant-workers' equal right.It's the practical way to realize the peasant-workers' equal right by self-examining on the constitution and consummating the system construction. |
