| 摘 要： | 通过采用文献分析等方法探讨中国传统正义观的核心范畴"义"和中心论题"义利之辨",总结了中国传统正义观的基本特征,并做出相应评价。认为:崇高道德理想,是中国传统正义观的永恒意义;缺失制度正义,是中国传统正义观的根本缺陷;差等思想,是中国传统正义观中值得分析的问题。

| Abstract: | Being a timeless pursuit,justice arouses various views.The core category "righteousness" and central proposition "differentiation between righteousness and profit" of traditional Chinese views on justice are discussed,its basic characteristics are summarized,and personal remark is also included.It is maintained that lofty moral ideal embodies the everlasting importance of traditional Chinese views on justice,the absence of institutional justice is the fundamental defect,while the concept of classification is a problem which needs deep analysis. |
