| Abstract: | The transfer of rights of debt into rights of shares is an important device as well as a focus in the economic field in our country.In this articles,the definition,conditions,emphasis,advantages and the influence on the reform of the state owned enterprises about the transfer are elaborated to adequately show us the positive and deficient aspects of the transfer.The article also points out that we must research through our work to ensure the advance of the transfer. |
