| 摘 要： | 教学管理工作是一项系统工程,完善、高效的教学管理制度是提高教学质量的重要保证。加强高校教学管理工作一是要健全规章制度,严格教学管理;二是建立科学有效的运行机制,落实教学管理制度;三是完善教学质量监控与保证体系,加强日常教学管理;四是加强师资和教学管理队伍建设,提高教学与管理水平。
