| 摘 要： | 加强大学生心理健康教育工作是促进大学生全面发展的重要途径和手段，是高校德育工作的重要组成部分。辅导员应正视心理育人的重要性，在平日的工作中将思想育人与心理育人有效结合，积极开展工作，培养出具有健全人格，健康体魄，能够全面发展的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | The strengthening of mental health education was one of the important measures for all-round development of university students and also was a significant component of moral education. Therefore, psychological instructors of university should exactly comprehend the importance of mental health education and actively work to effectively integrate ideological education into ethical education, for the purpose of cultivating high-quality students with healthy physique and personality. |
