基于员工忠诚度的在职培训投资决策研究

摘    要:在职培训是一项人力资本的投资活动,贝克尔用传统的微观均衡分析方法建立了人力资本投资均衡模型并将其应用于企业的在职培训,提出并分析了一般在职培训与特殊在职培训这两种在职培训模式。论文在对贝克尔的两个假设进行分析的基础上,增加员工忠诚度和员工流失成本两个变量,提出了基于员工忠诚度的一般在职培训的投资决策模型。

Abstract:On-job training is a human capital investment behavior. Becker set up a human capital investment decision-making model with the traditional microcosmic equilibrium analysis method and put it into the enterprise on-job training and analyzed the general on-job training mode and the special on-job training mode. This thesis has analyzed and amended the two assumptions and puts forward a general on-job training investment decision-making model based on employee loyalty coefficient.
