| 摘 要： | 采用新冠疫情期间A股非金融类上市公司的数据,研究了疫情期间轻资产运营、公司治理和金融资产配置对公司价值维护的内在机制。结果显示:轻资产运营能够减轻疫情对企业的冲击,对公司价值具有正向作用,其中,股权集中度越高的公司,受到疫情的冲击越严重;公司持有金融资产时,公司价值容易受到负面影响,特别是持有非流动性金融资产;国有企业持有更多金融资产时受到疫情冲击较为严重。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of A-share non-financial listed companies during the epidemic period, this paper studies the internal mechanism of asset-light strategy on corporate value. The empirical results show that asset light strategy can reduce the impact of the epidemic on enterprises, and has a positive effect on the company value. Firms having higher ownership concentration and those who borrowed more financial assets also had lower returns, especially those who hold non-liquid financial assets. Moreover, the state-owned enterprises hold more financial assets; the company value will be negatively affected more. |
