| 摘 要： | 通过煤炭企业资产优化重组战略、多种经营、生产经营集约化等途径的探讨,分析煤炭企业可持续发展面临的问题,提出了煤炭企业实施可持续发展的主要思路,对解决煤炭企业普遍面临的可持续发展问题提出了发展清洁生产技术,建立煤炭企业现代管理制度,加强信息和环境管理的建议。
