| 摘 要： | 《孙子兵法》与《荀子·议兵》在关于战争观、决定战争胜负的因素与取胜之道、治军原则与方法等方面的认识上有明显的差异。其原因既有时代变迁的因素 ,也有学派间的差异 ,本文就上述几个方面进行了比较、评述。
