| 摘 要： | 基于精细化管理的内涵，在对地方高校内外部环境分析的基础上，提出地方高校必须大力实施精细化管理。地方高校实施精细化管理应以提高育人价值、学术价值和社会服务价值为目的，在处理好“标准化”和“个性化”关系的基础上，实施“自上而下的思想贯彻”和“自下而上的细节研究”。

| Abstract: | Drawing on the connotation of precsion management and the analysis of interior and exterior environment of local universities,it is proposed that the concept of precision management should be applied to the local universities.The application of this management mode is intended to promote education value,academic value and social service.Meanwhile,based on the proper management of relation between "standardization" and "individualization","the up-down transmission of ideology" and "the careful bottom-up research" must be conducted. |
