| 摘 要： | 结合以科研促进教学改革的20年实践,提出了以创新能力培养和综合素质提高为主线,以本科生直接参与教师承担的科研课题为途径,提倡真题真做完成毕业设计的思路,总结了九种技能培养方案、五种典型教学模式和三阶段教学管理程序。

| Abstract: | Based on the 20-year practices experiences on instruction system reform,the paper stresses the idea of letting undergraduate participate in the research project,and puts emphasis on the innovation ability training,then accomplishing the graduate thesis.At last,9 training schemes,5 typical instructional strategies,3 step teaching management program are summed up. |
