| 摘 要： | 探讨了《周易》思维与现代管理学的系统均衡原理、运动控制原理、信息沟通原理和目标效益原理的关系。从《周易》基本原理出发 ,在组织、调控、用人等现代企业经营管理中常见的几方面论述了《周易》思维在实际管理中的应用 ,以寻找一种能完美结合现代企业管理与中国传统文化内涵的具有中国特色的经营管理理论

| Abstract: | The relationship between the ideology of Zhou Yi Book of Change and the principles of system equilibrium, movement control, information facilitation and objective benefit in modern management is explored. Based on principles of Zhou Yi Book of Change, application of the ideology of Zhou Yi Book of Change to the practical management is dealt with in common aspects such as organization, mediation and personnel placement in modern business management and administration, in order to detect the management theory with specific Chinese features and perfectly combining modern business management and administration with traditional Chinese culture intension. |
