ECFA对长三角台商投资及发展趋势的影响

由于市场资源、区位与行政区划、要素禀赋与经济体制等方面的差异,长三角台商在投资领域、产业布局、产品结构与经营模式等方面形成与其他区域不同的特点,而ECFA（海峡两岸经济合作框架协议）的签署将对台商在长三角现有的投资结构与区域分布产生一系列新的影响。文章在理论与数据分析的基础上,对上述现象形成的原因、现状、结构特点与发展趋势进行了分析,以推演出长三角地区台商投资的发展轨迹与前景,并对长三角与台湾的经济合作的趋势进行预测。

The Influence of ECFA on Taiwan Investment and its Development Trend in Yangtze Delta Area

Because of the differences from the market resources,position and administrative regionalization,essential factor and economic system and so on,the Taiwanese businessmen in the Yangtze River delta have formed the characteristics on investment domain,industrial layout,product mix and management pattern from other region.However,the ECFA(cross-strait economic cooperation framework agreement) will affect the existing structure and the regional distribution on Taiwan’s investment in the Yangtze River Delta.The article through the ways of theory and data analysis,analyzed the reasons of the phenomenon’s formation,the present situation,its unique feature and the trend of development,deduced the development path and the prospect of Taiwanese investment in the Yangtze River delta,and carried on the forecast to the economic cooperation tendency with the Yangtze River delta and Taiwan.
