| 摘 要： | 贵州省西南部的南北盘江流域是贵州省内布依族居住最为集中的地方，规模村位于北盘江的上游流域晴隆县东部的布依族聚居地方。由于特殊的历史传统和地理环境，保留了比较好的婚姻习惯法、祭神立法等布依族习惯法文化。最近十多年来，由于外出打工的人员越来越多等原因，布依族习惯法文化发生了很大程度的变迁。 |

| Abstract: | Guimo Village, where many Buyi people live, is located in Qinglong County, Guizhou Province. Because of special historical tradition and geographical surroundings, the common law covering aspects as marriage and religious offerings is well preserved here. Nevertheless, the exodus of a large number of farmers into cities and coastal areas for work has resulted in some change of the common law. |
