| 摘 要： | 结合对以往经济法责任研究的反思，确立“社会竞争利益维护”作为经济法责任研究的逻辑起点，将“社会竞争利益的补偿”作为经济法责任的承责基础；以“主体-行为-责任”作为透视经济法责任形态的理论框架；并以“成本-效益”作为分析经济法责任追究方式的理论框架，提出了经济法责任追究方式的“坐标构造”。

| Abstract: | By retrospection of researches on economic law responsibility in the past, the paper puts "social competition interests" forward as a logic starting point of economic law responsibility, while "compensation of social competition interests" as a foundation responsible for economic law. Then it views "subject-behavior-responsibility" as a theory frame to be used for analyzing the form of economic law responsibility while "cost-benefit" as a theory frame to be used for analyzing the investigation of economic law responsibility, therefore, the "coordinate structure" of investigation method of economic law responsibility is proposed. |
