| 摘 要： | 实行债转股后的资产管理公司面临着来自多方面的道德风险。文章通过分析道德风险的成因及其转嫁机制,提出运用风险预警模型,建立债转股道德风险预警系统的框架,对防止国有资产流失具有现实意义和应用价值。

| Abstract: | After swapping the debt to equity,the AMC have been faced with the ethical risks,which came from many ways.This paper analyses the reasons and shifting mechanism of the ethical risks,and brings out how to utilize the early-warning model to establish a framework of the early-warning system of ethical risks after swap of debt to equity.It can be used under the actual circumstance for preventing the state-owned assets from running off. |
