摘    要:同一种体裁规约(genre conventions)在不同的文化里有不同的结构和标准。旅游宣传材料作为一种特定的语篇体裁,在语篇特征上,中英文之间存在着明显的差异。为达到翻译目的,改写翻译策略是可行的。

Abstract:According to relevance theory,translator is both the receiver of the writer's information and th e producer who manipulate information at the least effort,obeying the rule of optimal relevance.Considering the structural and textual differences between Chinese and English tourist writing,rewriting is acceptable in translation.
