| Abstract: | The culture of honest and clean government is an important component of the advanced culture,this text analyses the basic function,characteristic of the culture of honest and clean government emphatically,and explains the important meaning of the cultural construction of honest and clean government,probs into the advantage of cultural construction of honest and clean government of new period and restriction factor,puts forward basic principle,route and supplementary measure that the cultural construction of honest and clean government should be put forth effort to get hold of strengthening. |
