| 摘 要： | 高技术产业是影响西部经济增长的关键因素。本文从高技术产业对西部经济增长先导性作用入手，系统地分析了我国西部地区高技术发展现状特点及存在的问题，并提出加快西部高技术产业发展的措施和建议。
