A Commentary on the Literary and Political Studies of theMing Dynasty in the Recent Hundred Years

The relation between literature and politics was a major topic of the ancient literary research. In the Ming Dynasty literature and politics became a concern of the academic circles. The article skims through the literary and political studies of the Ming Dynasty in the recent hundred years, focuses on the relation of the literature to the politics of the early Ming Dynasty, of the party struggle to the literature of the Dynasty, of the class struggle to the literature, and raises some reflections of the author upon the research.
