| 摘 要： | 通过对构成我国高技术产业的医药制造业、航空航天器制造业、电子及通讯设备制造业、电子计算机及办公设备制造业与医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业等5个行业的面板数据进行实证分析,研究了1995~2003年间我国高技术产业的专利研发情况。同时,根据实证分析的结果提出推进我国高技术产业专利研发的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a thorough analysis on the situation of patent research in Chinese high-tech industry from the year 1995 to 2003.An empirical study is done based on the panel data in the following five industries: medicine,aviation and spaceflight,electronics and communication equipments,computer and office equipments,medical equipments and science instruments.Some policy suggestions are put forward to advance the patent research work in the high-tech industry. |
