学术期刊与学术事业共生共存——15年办刊生涯感言

做任何事，只要真投入，肯努力，下功夫，就总会有收获；反之，则不仅成不了事，甚至还会出错。制定指标考量期刊．应着眼于考察编者、作者、读者这三个群体。如果主编和编辑的“学者化”与“职业化”发生矛盾，那么不应采取“割舍”一方的办法予以解决；这对矛盾的双方不是一方吃掉另一方的关系，而是相互促进的“互动”关系，是两者的“双赢”。学术、管理、市场是学术期刊生存发展必须依靠、应对、协调的“三重合力”，它们既像是“看得见的手”，又像是“看不见的手”。只要有学术事业就必定会有学术期刊：当前的紧迫问题是如何使期刊适应学术发展的需要，从而适应社会发展的要求；学术期刊不能沉沦于市场化的社会，应当挺立于高处，仗义执言，追求真理，主持正义。
