长三角区域的多中心化趋势和一体化的新路径

长江三角洲区域范围扩大后,产业可以顺畅地在更大范围内实现分流和空间重组,但区域空间结构逐渐呈现出多中心化趋势。主要是因为:(1)上海以外的外围地区对毗邻中心城市的技术依赖性逐渐增强,而对区域首位中心城市的技术依赖性开始下降;(2)由于服务业依据其交易成本定位于不同层级的中心城市,外围地区对毗邻中心城市的服务依赖性明显增强。在多中心背景下实现长三角区域经济一体化需要有新的思路,这就是在上海提升为全球城市的前提下,加强不同层级城市之间的服务业的有效衔接。"长三角"一体化的实现很大程度上依赖于区域内与连接服务业相关的基础设施和机制建设,尤其是上海与各个功能多中心城市的便捷联系,在此基础上进一步提升上海对整个"长三角"经济的服务能力和水平,以强有力的辐射服务作用强化自身的中心地位。
