| 摘 要： | 诚信友爱是社会主义和谐社会的一个基本特征。诚信友爱主要是伦理道德问题,但在法治社会里,它同时又是法律问题。诚信的确立有赖于诚信制度的建立和法律的保障;社会成员相互友爱的实现有赖于社会保障的普遍化和相关道德要求的法律化。

| Abstract: | Honesty and love are the basic features for socialist harmonious society.The issue is not only an ethical one,but also a legal one in the law-governing society.The establishment of honesty and love is based upon the construction of the system of belief in honesty and love with guarantee of the law while the realization of honesty and love among the social members is based upon the popularization of social guarantee and legalization of relative moral requirements. |
