| 摘 要： | 高等教育是一项正外性很强的投资活动,通过高等学历教育和在职培训等途径,提高私人人力资本、改善人口质量、提高劳动者素质和促进技术进步,进而个人发展和经济增长,对宁波高等教育的理论与实证分析支持了这一观点。当前宁波高等教育相对落后,不能适应区域经济发展的需要,对此,宁波有关部门、在甬高校和有关企业要携起手来,采取相关政策和措施,共同促进宁波高等教育的发展,以促进个人发展和区域经济增长。

| Abstract: | Higher education is an efficient investment.It,together with in-service training,can help develop human resources,improve people's qualities,boost labors' capabilities and promote personal development and economic growth,as is proved by the theory and experimental analysis of Ningbo's higher education.Some departments,colleges and enterprises in Ningbo should cooperate to take some measures to improve Ningbo's higher education,thus promoting personal development and regional economic growth. |
