| 摘 要： | 心理和谐是构建和谐社会的重要内容．需要又是影响心理和谐的重要因素。达到心理和谐状态的需要具有4个特征：正确认识需要，坦然地面对需要；理性对待需要，做到需要不过分；正视需要冲突，尽力满足舍理需要；追求高层次需要，让需要得到升华。
