| 摘 要： | 本文在前人研究的基础上 ,对吐蕃占领时期敦煌酿酒业进行了探讨 ,认为吐蕃占领敦煌之后采取与唐朝政府不同的措施来发展当地酿酒业 ,使其酿酒业有着鲜明的特点 ;蕃占时期的敦煌酿酒业对归义军时期酿酒业的发展有着重要影响 ,归义军时期的酿酒业是蕃占时期敦煌酿酒业的继续发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of absorbing achievements studied by our predecessors,the author of this paper makes a probe into Dunhuang's wine making industry in the occupied period of Tubo,and deems that Tubo takes different measures from the Tang Dynasty to develop local wine making industry after Tubo occupied Dunhuang,in view of this,wine making industry of Tubo have one's own characteristics.The Dunhuang's wine making industry in the accupied period of Tubo have important impact on development of wine making industry in the period of Guiyijun,wine making industry in the period of Guiyijun is the sustained development of Dunhuang's wine making industry in the occupied period. |
