| 摘 要： | 高职院校的人才培养模式和课程体系研究始终是一个比较活跃的领域,其关键是要面向社会需求。以高职人才定位和目前社会就业形势严峻的态势为出发点,提出了高职生的从业现状、人才培养模式,并在课程体系研究方面作了一些探索和思考。
