针对21世纪企业管理与信息技术应用的“热点”-供应商关系管理-这一新兴研究领域,考虑到世界经济一体化、企业经营全球化、高度竞争带来的个性化及迅速变化的客户需求,研究了企业与供应商的更加密切和复杂关系,强调在供应链管理模式下,企业采购管理思想中供应商关系管理的重要性。论文探讨了供应商关系管理涵盖的基本内容:供应商的一般选择标准、方法和审核,并在此基础上着重探讨了几种供应链环境下供应商关系管理(SRM)的基本模型。

Research on supplier relationship management in the supply chain

The relationship between enterprise and supplier has become much closer and more complex under the conditions of the incorporate economy in the world,the global business,the individuation by intense competition and the customers' nimble requirements.So the supplier relationship management(SRM) becomes the burning question of the enterprise management and the information used in the new century.This paper emphasizes the ponderance of SRM in the supply chain management,and discusses the basic content which is covered by SRM: supplier selection,supplier auditing and supplier relationship management.
