The living quality of people have been descended along with the using of material resource and the worsening of en- vironment. The development contradiction has been appeard strongly, but with the Two-type Society has been raising the con- tradiction will be removed. We must realize and use its position and influnce of brain resource, through seeing brain resource and else inmaterial resource as first factor of product to development brain economy. This is the way to remove the develop- ment contradiction, and is the inevitable selection of Two-type Society ,too.
