大学生就业结构性矛盾成因分析及对策思考

我国高等教育进入大众化发展阶段,大量毕业生在社会转型期遇到就业结构性矛盾,这是社会进步和发展中遇到的新问题,国家要加强宏观调控,深化体制改革;高等学校要大力推进以就业和社会需求为导向的教育教学改革;学生要积极转变就业观念,使人才供应和人才需求走上良性发展的道路。

Reason Analysis and Counterplan Consideration of the Structural Contradiction of the University Students Employment

Higher education in our country has been in a new developing phase,a great deal of graduates have to face the employment structural contradiction during the social transition period,which is a new problem emerging with the society developping.In order to improve the supply and requirement of manpower,our coun- try needs to increase the macor-control and deepen the system reforms;the university needs to promote the edu- cational quality reforms with the orient of employment and the social requirement;and the graduates need to transform the conception of the employment.
