| 摘 要： | 马秦山是舟山古代一海岛名，位于今舟山朱家尖岛。马秦一词的原意是西亚、南亚等地对大中国的称呼，也特指“丝绸之路”之重要驿站——新疆于阗。马秦山是浙东“海上丝绸之路”的港口避风泊地，因此从浙东“海上丝绸之路”始发港和目的港考察宁波在唐宋时期与西亚地区开展经济文化交流的可能性，来推测马秦山的得名与浙东“海上丝绸之路”有关，源于西亚、南亚等地客商对宋的称谓“Machin”。

| Abstract: | Mountain Maqin, one of the ancient islands in Zhoushan, is now located in Zhujia jian Island, Zhoushan County, Zhejiang Province. The original meaning of Maqin is the name of China by West Asia, South Asia and other places. It also means the important port house of “silk road” in Khotan of Xinjiang. The author of the paper holds that such a naming is closely related with Marine Silk Road since Ningbo once served as a departure and destination port of the Silk Road and the economic and cultural exchanges between China and the western Asian Countries in Tang Dynasty were very frequent. The name probably comes from the reference to Song Dynasty by the merchants of western and southern Asia |
