| 摘 要： | 近年来国外双语政策和双语教育确实发生了一系列变化,但这些变化并没有给国外双语教育带来本质上的影响。这些变化不必,更不应该影响我国双语政策和双语教育政策以及双语教育的实施。在研究双语教育问题时,我们要参考国外双语教育研究的成果和教训,但更应该坚持走自己的特色之路,为丰富和发展世界双语教育研究做出我们的贡献。
