| 摘 要： | 职业价值观对大学生的职业选择具有重要影响。使用目的性和手段性职业价值观问卷对427名汉族大学生和415名蒙古族大学生进行调查,比较了蒙古族和汉族大学生职业价值观的差异。蒙古族和汉族大学生在轻松稳定和薪酬声望2个因子上存在显著差异,蒙古族大学生对这两个因子的重视程度显著高于汉族大学生;民族与性别、专业、年级、是否独生子女等因素的交互作用影响大学生的职业价值观。因此,民族地区高校要根据不同民族大学生的职业价值取向有针对性地开展择业心理指导。
