| 摘 要： | 邓小平思想政治教育理论是在继承马克思主义思想政治教育理论的基础上形成和发展起来的,它以"民本"为指导思想,以"人的全面发展"为目标指向,以"义利互动"为价值导向,以"分类施教"为教育手段,体现了其思想政治教育理论的人学特色。

| Abstract: | DENG Xiao-ping＇s theory on ideological and political education has been established and developed on the succession of the relative theory of Marxism.It highlights the characteristics of human science in his theory on ideological and political education： 1.＂People-oriented education＂ as the guiding ideology;2.＂All-round development＂ as the target;3.＂Facilitating an interactive justice＂ as the value-orientation;4.＂Classified teaching＂ as educational means. |
