| 摘 要： | 新时期妇女权益保护日益受到挑战,呈现新的特点,传统法律包括妇女权益保护法律和三大诉讼法,在妇女维权方面具有局限性。这就需要创新思路,完善法律,创新维权机制。公益诉讼是妇女有效维权的新途径、新尝试,可有效地提高妇女维权工作的水平,但要设计相关程序和制度来配合公益诉讼。

| Abstract: | In the new period,the protection of women's rights is being challenged and is presenting a new characteristic.The traditional laws,including women rights-protected laws and procedure laws possess limitations in protecting effectively women's rights.Thus,the thought must be created,the laws must be perfected,and the mechanism of protecting women's rights must be renewed.Public interest litigation is a new way and new trial of protecting effectively women's rights.To enhance the level of protecting women's rights,concerned procedures and systems should be designed in harmony with the public interest litigation. |
