| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,高等教育的成本必须得到补偿。我国高等教育成本补偿经历了由国家负担到收费阶段的发展过程,高等教育成本补偿有它的理论、法律和现实依据。为促进我国高等教育健康、和谐和可持续发展,必须建立科学、合理的成本分担或补偿制度。

| Abstract: | In a market economy,the cost of higher education must be compensated.The compensation for cost of higher education has grown from the stage when the government paid for it to one when the students pay for it.The cost compensation in higher education is well based on theoretical studies,law and the reality.To promote the healthy,harmonious and sustainable development of higher education in China,it is necessary to build a scientific and reasonable cost-sharing or cost compensation system. |
