| 摘 要： | 实现我国全面小康,关键在于实现农村的全面小康.农业是弱势产业,国家在注入大量的财政支农资金的同时,应该加强对财政支农支出的监管.使有限的支农资金落到实处,提高资金的使用效益.当前我国政府存在着预算不太规范、支出结构不太合理、资金使用方式不合理和资金效益低下等问题.本文在分析这些问题的基础上,提出了一些加强财政支农支出监管的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The prosperity of China largely depends on the overall better off rural areas. Agriculture is a disadvantaged industry, so while a large number of funds are infused into agriculture the supervision of expenditure should be strengthened to improve the effect of it. This paper analyzes such problems as abnormal budget, inappropriate expenditure and low efficiency of funds, puts forward some suggestions and solutions to strengthening the supervision of expenditure. |
