| 摘 要： | 创新是企业持续发展的不竭动力。大型煤炭企业为了在市场环境下取得技术竞争优势,加大企业文化建设,用企业的文化力来驱动企业技术创新。以淮南矿业集团为例,从企业精神、人本责任、制度激励和愿景规划等方面,对该企业技术创新的文化内动力进行探析,以供参考。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the impetus for sustainable development of enterprises. In order to gain the competitive advantage in the market,coal enterprises should strengthen the cultural construction and motivate technological innovations by the power of enterprise culture. Taking Huainan Mining Group as an example,the paper analyses the cultural impetus of technology innovation from the perspectives of enterprise spirit,human-oriented responsibilities,system incentives and visionary planning,etc. |
