深圳国际低碳城开发管理体制研究

气候问题、能源消耗和环境污染使传统的城市开发建设受到了严重的挑战，低碳城市逐渐得到了许多国家和地区广泛关注，深圳国际低碳城作为中欧可持续城镇化合作伙伴旗舰项目，旨在探索城市低碳发展的新途径和新方式。首先对城市治理理论进行回顾，然后结合国内外低碳生态城的案例进行分析，最终提出符合深圳国际低碳城自身实际的开发和管理体制设计。

A Study on the Development and Management Mechanism of Shenzhen International Low-carbon City

Traditional urban development model has been seriously challenged by climate issues, energy consumption and environmental pollution, and low-carbon city have been widespread in many countries and regions. As a flagship project of Sino-EU Sustainable urbanization partners, Shenzhen International Low-carbon City low-carbon is exploring a new way of urban low-carbon development. Firstly, this paper gives a general review of theories of urban governance, and then combining with domestic and international case studies. Finally it designs the development and management mechanism of Shenzhen International Low-carbon City,which is suitable for its own.
