蔡和森关于中国革命正当性之证成路径

On Cai Hesen's Revolution-law Theory --The method which he demonstrated the justice of revolution

In the trend of national salvation at the beginning of 20th century, Cai Hesen demonstrated the Legitimacy of revolution. He criticized Confucianism and Mexico theory, turned over the traditional moral principles of law, then he absorbed modern Western culture, especially the Marxist theory of revolutionary. Cai Hesen＇s revolution-law theory had transformed from reformism to revolu- tion, from Democracy to Marxism.
