市场经济条件下政府信用研究的重要性及政府信用模型构建

当前,社会各界对信用的研究已超出了借贷信用的内涵,回归到了信用的一般意义即诚实守信上。不仅如此,信用的研究领域已不限于市场信用、个人信用、企业信用和银行信用,政府信用亦被提到重要的议事日程上。从信用结构看,政府信用是最大的信用,市场信用、企业信用、个人信用及整个社会信用,都是基于政府用推动和发展的。但是,目前对信用的研究只是停留在定性的分析上,关于如何衡量信用的大小这方面的研究却未曾出现,创建一个简单的衡量政府信用大小的一般模型有其重要意义。

Importance of government credit under market economy and construction of government credit model

Government credit is under research after market credit,persernal credit,bank credit and social credit. Among them, government credit is the most important and other credits benefit from government credit. Qulitative analysis about government credit is well-known, but quantitative analysis of government credit is seldom made . In this paper,a government credit model is constructed to survey the significance of government credit.
